SHIPPING
We charge by weight for shipping. Most of our orders--including international order--are less expensive when shipped by the US Postal Service. Shipping may include a modest handling charge, particularly on large fly orders.
We include delivery confirmation on every order, including first class orders, so we recommend that for smaller order--primarily flies--you use first class instead of priority mail and save yourself a couple of bucks.
RETURNS
We take pride in our customer service and want to make sure that EVERY order is completed to the satisfaction of our customers. We gladly exchange items if you prefer a different size. We only ask that the customer pay the return shipping and we will cover any additional shipping costs for exchanges.
We reserve the right to either exchange an item or issue store credit for returns. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, contact us so that we can make it right.
